Form 1 - Request for legalisation of an illegal buildings

Form 2 - Request for legalisation of a part of the illegal buildings

Form 3 - Statement of the company that revises the technical documentation - the reviewer, that the buildings was built in accordance with the revised project of already illegally built buildings

Form 4 - Statement of the company that is licensed for the production of technical documentation or construction of a buildings that examined the static and seismic stability of the illegal buildings of a gross area of up to 500m2 that the buildings is stable and safe to use.

Form 5 - Construction of buildings in the manner that the illegal buildings of a gross area exceeding 500m2 is stable and safe to use.

Form 6 - Certified statement by the owner of the illegal building, that the owner is responsible for the damage done to third parties resulting from the use of the building.
